I love chocolate. (who doesn't!?)
My love and desire for chocolate has been there ever since I can remember.
In fact, teaching myself to make chocolates saved my life.
Chocini was born back in 2008, at the very lowest point in my life, when I hadn't been able to speak for 2 years already. I was so desperate in my silence to communicate, create, connect and find some sense with this horror story I was living. I felt far away from the person I once was; the life and soul, the yoga teacher, the traveller, the chatterbox.
So, I played and experimented, spending months concocting and creating, mixing and melting and marvelling in the sheer delight that is chocolate.
I was immersed. My soul flew. I found something I could do which I loved (teaching yoga was on a great big indefinite pause).
I made healthy and yummy raw chocolates which made your toes curl, your eyebrows lift as you drool and moan in ecstatic bliss.
These delectable treats are beyond any other chocolate you’ve ever had!
Still today, I LOVE making my Chocinis.
They give me great pleasure as I weave my magic and pour my love into the mix.
I dibble and dabble around with new and interesting flavours.
They are all vegan, free from refined sugar, gluten and guilt!

I include cacao ceremonies on some of my retreats and we get to drink our own unique special brew.
