Your day will begin in quiet meditation and profound breathing techniques (Pranayama).
A slow Vinyasa flow follows, taught with the precision and alignment of Iyengar yoga with careful instruction, guidance and adjustments tailored to your ability.

Our afternoons together will be about letting go.
Restoring practices and entering magical realms with Yoga Nidra. There may be dancing and playing with inversions – all in a safe, guided and nurturing space – building and inspiring your confidence and creativity.
